I treat my clients like family. I am a very strict/blunt trainer. However, that is going to give you the results that you want!

I am very flexible with my scheduling, I just ask if you do cancel please do it 24 hours ahead of time.

I am 100% Natural and fully know how to take care of my body. It took me until 29 to realize how important dieting is when it comes to building muscle and seeing results.

I never ask clients to pay before their sessions. I only ask for payment once you are fully happy and satisfied. I do not do this occupation just for money.

Included in each session is about 5 minute of stretching. Depending on the muscles we are working out that day.

I do offer massages in home to female clients only. This is 100% strickly business and any type of flirting will result in termination of Trainer & Client. I had a Commercial Massager I use.

I offer In Home Training. I do recommend a public gym. However, with a budget I can purchase you the proper equipment needed for your home to get a proper workout.

We will sit down and discuss in the Evaluation Process of what you eat and consume daily. I will then help you diet without having to eat nothing but super healthy food.
