
Evaluation Process
The Evaluation Process is MANDATORY in order to start our Training Sessions together.

The Evaluation Process can take place in different locations. Depending on where you are trained.
1. I will suggest you get a recent blood test, so I may look at your levels and make sure you are balanced. If not I can recommend natural supplements to level you out.

2. We will then sit down and talk about your realistic goals with regards to your body.
3. I will weigh you, get your Body Fat Percentage and do a Full Body Measurement.
​
4. We will then take Before Photos that you can compare over time. We will do photos every month to see your progression.
​
5. We will then talk Nutrition. We will talk about what you consume daily and what you need to cut out from it right away.
​
The Evaluation Process is included in your first session and will take roughly 30 minutes.
​
After your first session, we will then discuss your custom workout dedicated to you and your meal plans to get the best results.
